Project Description

Collaborating with station management, I develop the digital and related experiential plan for the station’s marquee concert event of the year, the 92.5 XTU Anniversary Show.  I lead the digital product development, project management and day of execution to create a plan that would scale year over year in order to grow brand equity and grow station and sponsor’s consumer base.  This strategic planning based utilizing a customer centric approach, resulted in exceeding forecasted revenue goals, in the concert trending on social media nationally and Radio Ink Digital Convergence award for Best Use of Social Media.

01.  Product Development & Strategy

Established a comprehensive digital strategy for execution of a large-scale concert.  Led creative direction, product development and digital onsite activations which created national reach and engagement for the event.

02.  Partner Activation

Integrated digital strategies and products to on-site activation to create engagement with audiences on behalf of partners to reach their specific business goals.

03.  Social Media

Developed and introduced new products specifically for the concert event that increased fan engagement and provided them with unique experiences, such as the ability to send messages and photos to the concert stage.  The products additionally created new revenue streams.
