Project Description

Worked with seven station cluster to develop new digital and experiential initiatives as well as create efficiencies in digital business.  Oversaw full lifecycle of product development and project management for a diverse genre of clients, consumers and internal stakeholders.  Collaborated with both local and corporate cross functional teams to create products and initiatives which would increase the cluster’s reach and revenue.  Created internal products and processes which created efficiencies in business and allowed internal staff to focus and capitalize on their strengths in order to contribute to the firm at a higher level.

01.  Product Development

Developed scalable products to generate revenue, grow audiences and their engagement.  Facilitated brainstorming, conception, strategy, development and implementation.

02.  Project Management

Oversaw all digital projects for seven station cluster in a fast-paced environment.  Managed workload and seamlessly communicated with multiple local and corporate departments to meet quick turn arounds and stay under budget while increasing profits.

03.  Process & System Development

Analyzed processes, work flows and department job functions to iterate and create efficiencies within work flow leading to easier execution processes for stakeholders and higher productivity.  Created a central information hub to aid in creating more transparent and clear communication as well as simplify various database aggregation.
